Abstract

Kikuchi's disease is a self-limiting lymphadenitis, predominantly of young women who present with cervical lympohadenopathy.
We present a case of Kikuchi's disease in a 18-6ear-old female, representing multiple tender subcutaneous mass on her neck, left eyelid and posterior auricle.
Histopathologically, the biopsied mass was a lymph node showing architectural effacement by necrotic foci composed of nucear kearyorrhexis and mononuclear cell proliferation.
